We know that not all people and businesses have the same needs when it comes to sending and receiving parcels. That’s why we’re delighted to be able to offer our customers plenty of choices and a variety of services to suit their requirements.
Our range of Delivery Choices includes our no-frills Authority to Leave delivery service, and our value-added Signature and Secure PIN delivery services. Together with our Collections, Returns and International delivery services, we give you the freedom to send and receive in the way that best suits you. These services are available exclusively through our online customer delivery portal, aramexConnect.

Delivery Service
The Authority to Leave delivery is our standard service. As part of this service, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if available. If unable to leave in a safe place, the parcel will be directed to the nearest Parcel Connect agent or back to the local depot. The receiver will be notified where to collect their item by calling card.
Delivery Service
Our Signature delivery service requires our couriers to obtain a signature from the receiver. If that’s not possible, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Parcel Connect agent. The customer will be notified where to collect their item from by email or calling card.
Delivery Service
For customers sending sensitive or high-value shipments, they can opt for the ‘Secure PIN Service’.
This service provides an additional tier of security and control for customers. The system will work to generate a unique PIN number once the sender selects the service. The Secure PIN will then be sent to the recipient through SMS or email. The receiver is then required to enter the PIN on delivery. The Courier Franchisee will not be able to complete the delivery without the customer entering the PIN into the scanning device.
With this service, our couriers will pick up your parcel from a supplier or vendor and deliver it to you. When booking this service, you can select from our standard Non-Signature service or Signature on delivery service.
Our Returns service allows your customers to easily return items to you. When booking this service, you can select from our standard Non-Signature service or Signature on delivery service.
Send to all corners of the globe via our easy-to-use online portal. We offer reliable door-to-door service and affordable rates.
Our add-on Priority Delivery Service provides your parcels with a VIP treatment including:
- Skip to the front of the queue, with parcels sorted and loaded on the delivery van first.
- Priority customer support is provided via our internal customer experience platform.
- Available across the Aramex New Zealand delivery network, excluding rural locations.
- This service can be applied to any of our range of Delivery Choices services.
- Available for satchels and parcels up to 25 kg via aramexConnect.
